I have always liked going there. They are very friendly. I was able to get a closer appointment recently to what I booked for. There was a cancellation. That was great! One less thing on my plate.

Eye doctors are great and staff is very helpful. I get glasses from here frequently. Some basic pairs and some wild and fun pairs
They need to figure out a better system for answering phones and ordering contacts. I called 4 distinct times on 4 separate days during their posted business hours with no answer. Ended up leaving a message with my order and relevant information so they could hopefully order them. I get a call back that they have changed their policy and you must pay at the time of ordering now, which in theory would be fine if they were appropriately staffed to answer the phone but it also complicates things as it leads the the inevitable back and forth repeating of numbers, wasting both people’s time(and they don’t allow you to save a payment method)It’s nearly 2026 and they haven’t been able to come up with an alternative such as online ordering. The lady that answered the phone was kind and polite, this is not an employees fault- this is clearly management implementing a system with no clue how it actually works in practice and wasting their staffs time while worsening customer experience.
Little blonde girl with a lisp helped me out with such attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but this absolutely ruined my experience there.
I really like it here. It's very clean and the service is always great. I see Dr. Penny and she is very good at what she does. They also have this machine that takes a picture of your eye, so you don't have to get them dilated. I also love their hours, because then I don't have to miss work when to have an appointment. I would recommend going here for all your eye care needs.
