Unfortunately, customer service was very poor and rude. The person helping me was complaining about how difficult it was to access my insurance and rushing us to pick a frame.

I went in to get a replacement screw for my frames, and after 45 minutes, she broke the screw still on the frame and wouldn't accept responsibility. Then she had the nerve to try and sell me new frames. I will NEVER return to this place or any other eye clinic in Walmarts again.

Had a Walmart vision exam and ordered glasses. When they arrived, the correction on the lenses wasn't going to work. They insisted that I try them out, although I knew they weren't right. The optometrist, although not busy at the moment, refused to do another exam. I asked for my money back and will visit another vision center.

Guy alway sit on desk nothing doing anything and bad communication with deaf my glasses vision not perfect! Ill find other place hope they can fixing
