I have been a patient of Dr. Cason for the past two years due to having Limball Stem Cell Deficiency. After discussing my option for cataract surgery, I decided to not use the laser option. Everything from the start of the procedure went very smoothly. The staff was professional and made me very comfortable. It was extremely efficient and quick. I had not pain at all and my vision is great! It was nice to receive a call the next day to answer any questions and to see how I was doing. I am pleased with my care I received.

Dr Levin and the entire team were professional, friendly and obviously very knowledgable. I believe I’m in good hands for my upcoming surgery. They did a thorough examination, explained all my options, and made it clear in multiple ways that they wanted to make sure I had the best possible outcome, including with financing. It was a much better experience than with a different surgical group I had previously met with. They provided me with all the supplies I needed and were flexible with scheduling and planning the cataract surgery.

I recently had a great experience at Horizon Eye Specialists & LASIK Center (March 2026) in Scottsdale. First of all, I didn't have to wait long past my appointment time, which is always nice. Camillia (not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly) brought me to the back, and handled several tests before I saw the doctor. She was very pleasant and thorough. She explained everything as we went along and gave me suggestions for eye drops that she found to be effective for her own eyes. She was very personable and easy to talk to. I then met with Dr. Erik Chen, who was also very pleasant and thorough. He explained what was going on with my eyes and gave me ideas of how to improve my situation. He spent time with me and seemed to really care. I wasn't rushed and he performed all needed testing to evaluate the issue that I was having. (I did not go in to be evaluated for a surgical procedure.) Kudos to both for doing a great job! I even told both of them at the office how much I appreciated them for being so good at what they do. When you do a great job, you need to be recognized.

The service I received was outstanding right from the beginning. I was given a very thorough examination with a variety of tests to determine how to address my cataracts and what type of vision I expected after surgery. Dr. Chen took his time to explain my options and the procedure. The surgery and the aftercare was no problem at all thanks to their support.

Dr Tran was very knowledgeable and helped me to focus on my best vision for a new prescription. He helped me feel comfortable and confident in evaluating my vision health. He suggested remedies for my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran. Also, Rita Chun, Optician, was very personable, professional, and helpful with eyewear selection according to my prescription and fashion choice. She provided selections to meet my preferences. I was able to call her personally the next day to answer addition questions. I was very comfortable with her helpful attitude without any pressure. I would highly recommend Rita.
