Brand new to the area & chose this practice simply based upon proximity. I found the new patient intake process easy & not overly "paperwork" excessive. Unfortunately, I can not recall every staffers name; however, ea person was kind, friendly & "down to earth", not phony or trying too hard to "win over", etc! I had to re-create a few pieces of intake docs in which the professional & kind front desk staffer was apologetic & appreciated my understanding! She also checked in on me knowing I had to wait a bit beyond my set appt. time- again apologetic & professional! The kind & professional optician staffer who admin'd the diagnostics was explanatory of ea test & welcoming! Dr Sleiman was great! We connected with just the right amount of pleasantries & "get to know you" banter! After listening to me, he become keenly aware of my vision history & didn't try to upsell/manipulate me into services unnecessarily needed! Loved his bedside manner & upbeat personality! My experience selecting glasses was FAB! I cannot say enough about how kind, patient & truly patient focus the young woman was! I hadn't experienced such a real, true & honest knowledgeable staff in sometime- like over 10+ yrs! How she picked up on my ques, was honest to assess the look & needs of my eyeware, PLUS, how she engaged the other staffers was terrific! I even walked out with some meaningful freebies for myself & an added bonus for the adults & children I serve in my employment! She was willing to accommodate my schedule, giving me options for pick up!

I've been going to this practice for years and I just cannot express my gratitude for their professionalism, their expertise, and their incredible customer service. Although this new location is out of the way for me, I'd drive hours if need be. With my prescription being as high as it is, I am selective in who I trust with my eye health. Dr Sleiman is phenomenal, he explains everything, and is funny 😆 as are all the staff members. I appreciate Tiffany, she's always so warm and friendly! also, I am SO appreciative of the texting service having an actual person to reply and not those automated bots!

I had a wonderful experience with this practice. I was seen for a skin issue around my eye, and Dr Hotvath was thorough, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She called in a prescription right away, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and I felt well cared for throughout my visit. I highly recommend this practice

Dr.Leach's office at Horvath Vision is always a good experience - even when there's bad news about my eyes. The office is appealing, I've never waited for my appointment, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are up-to-date on the technology needed to make a modern diagnosis, and Dr. Leach is a great blend of friendship and professional expertise. Highly recommend.

The office visit was extremely thorough and comprehensive. I saw Dr Mark Horvath, who was patient, kind, and willing to answer questions and educate. I felt that every aspect of my eye care was examined. I worked with Janet for my frames, and she also was very pleasant, patient, and professional in helping me select eye ware. Everyone from the time I stepped into the lobby was very friendly and welcoming. My follow up visits have demonstrated the care and professionalism this practice exemplifies.
