The staff efficiently guides the patients through the processes. The optometrist, Jana Rhodes, was highly recommended by my eye surgeon. There is a wide variety of glasses frames on display for children and adults
I meant to do the QR code feedback but didn't jot down the location and name of the person who helped me, so I wanted to shout out Daijah and Naliah (terribly sorry if I misspelled these beautiful names) for the assistance and support today, as well as their insight regarding my questions. Dr. Rhodes is incredibly personable and informative - I appreciate the positivity when the results are good - and overall I just really feel good about being a patient at this location. Thanks!
Clarkson Eyecare Worthington billed my visit to an insurance policy that isn’t mine. I’ve never had that coverage, and it’s unclear how my actual information was skipped. Mistakes happen, but errors like this make it hard to trust the practice. It also was hard to clear up. And where did my personal information go?
Whole staff is amazing, Heather really helped me out with finding a pair of classes covered fully by my insurance and all the ladies were super helpful with keeping my toddler entertained!
A good experience. Everyone I talked to was very nice, professional and explained what was being done so I was prepared for each phase of the exam.
