Great place to get glasses, I got 2 pair and they were in quick too. The ladies were helpful and made sure I got what I need. They help me save money as well.

A had a wonderful experience here, from when I first walked into Visionworks. Ta-nia, Raigene, and Dr. Siale are very personable and helpful.

I had an appointment scheduled at this office, but they tried to move it to an earlier time. I told them I would do my best to arrive earlier. However, something very unusual happened: the receptionist called me a second time specifically to tell me that the appointment would cost $214 because I do not have insurance. The way she emphasized the price made me feel as though she had already assumed, for some reason, that I would not be able to afford the appointment, perhaps because my English is not completely fluent. It seemed as though she mentioned the cost hoping that I would cancel. I felt judged and very poorly treated, so I immediately canceled the appointment. If this is how you treat patients who do not have insurance or who are not fluent in English, you are doing a very poor job. If you did not want to see me, congratulations you succeeded. At the very least, the entire situation felt extremely strange, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Lyssa helped me pick out super cute glasses today. She was so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service is what it's all about. I highly recommend this location. 👍

I had an amazing experience when I went in for my exam, everyone was extremely nice and personable and helpful. Raigene at the front desk was fantastic and so helpful! I felt very at ease with the doctor he was great and the entire process was very quick and easy. I will absolutely be coming back for my next exam.
