Optometrist Inside Target Optical

I picked out 3 glasses for different uses because my prescription is for tri-focals. I ordered them all different for various uses. Far and Intermittent, intermittent only and intermittent and reading. I did this last year but only two pair. The doctor understood my needs and Cari was super patient with me picking out the glasses. This was my 2nd year using Target Optical on Sawmill Rd in Dublin Oh and recommend them to anyone needing to get an eye exam or new glasses. Added benefit is you have up to 90 days to make changes to the glasses if any problem including just not being happy with what you selected.

It was our first time shopping with Target Optical. Cari and her other co-worker were so friendly and helpful. They assisted in choosing frames for my daughter and me. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with our benefits through insurance and put together the best options for purchase. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

Had a wonderful experience at target optical on sawmill Road in Dublin, Ohio. I simply lost a screw, holding my lens in and the optical rep quickly and cordially replaced the screw and also noticed the nose guards needed replaced as well. Even cleaned my lenses for me at no cost for all of the service. Very grateful!

Cari and Carley were so helpful. They walked me through the whole process of being a new patient and ordering frames and contacts. They made the experience easy and enjoyable!

We will start off by her telling me she tried calling but my number wasn’t in service, which it was, so I can’t believe she actually tried calling. My appointment was canceled because she couldn’t verify my appointment over the phone and so after checking with the optometrist, which there wasn’t a single person in there at the time, they decided that they needed to reschedule my appointment and I needed to wait 40 mins until the next appointment. Furthermore I clicked the option that I didn’t have vision insurance, I have health insurance and will be paying with my HSA so I got the overwhelming feeling that they just didn’t feel like working, they were both just standing there. While I was waiting I made an appointment across the street at Americas Best and they got me right in, did the exam and I was picking out glasses by the time Target Optical on Sawmill would have finished standing there having personal conversations with each other and rescheduled the appointment time for. Absolutely unacceptable for a business to expect my business/money with employees like that
