Excellent experience. “Emerald”, who helped me today, was exceptionally competent and effective. Customer experience exceeded expectations. I hope her superiors will take notice that any future glasses needs will be directed to this location because of her high level of service.

I’ve always had a great experience here. The staff are all super helpful and kind and today the person I worked with (I believe Emerald?) helped me find the exact color glasses I’ve been looking for forever!! Love this place and will definitely be a returning customer.

I am very grateful for the advice and speed into how i got my glasses! I had bought a major brand that had a misfortune before flying out for a vacation. Emerald was a fount of information and helped answer everything i had. price as very good compared to the major stores. I am also glad to hear they also do the opthomap. ^^ I would highly suggest this place!!!1

I had some loose frames that I wasn’t able to fix on my own, and these guys fixed it for me free of charge! Emerald was professional, knowledgeable, and had me out the door in 10 minutes, all for free! Amazing service!

In the fall I had a vision emergency where I couldn't see out of part of my eye. The type of vision issue was listed on Hour Eye's website that they could treat and save me a visit to the ER. Sounded good on paper, so I stopped here to get my eye checked out. While with the assistant I was told that the issue I was describing was "just something everyone gets" and that I must've read something on Google that made me feel like my symptoms were exaggerated. Already feeling kinda insecure about the way my symptoms were dismissed, I saw Dr. Pham who barely acknowledged my eye symptoms and proceeded to try and upsell me new glasses by changing my prescription slightly. Telling me "well it's been almost a year and prescriptions can change." I came in for an eye emergency and was solicited. I will not be returning here.
