The customer service at Dr. Diar’s office was excellent. From the moment I was greeted at the door by the charming front desk staff, to the timely check-in, and finally seeing the doctor, the entire process was seamless and efficient. Evelyn was absolutely amazing—courteous, professional, and incredibly pleasant. She kept me informed of every next step and maintained such a positive attitude, even after being there all day. Dr. Diar is highly professional and efficient. He asked all the right questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit.

Took my client here for a follow-up appointment, and I was disappointed at the customer service. It appears as if GREAT customer service is a thing of the past these days. The two receptionist (one Black and the other Hispanic) both had a very off putting attitude, and I felt very uncomfortable. One had AirPods in which I found very unprofessional. The ladies in the back ( they were all wearing scrubs) were very pleasant. They greeted me with a smile which goes a LONG way. My client is extremely satisfied with her surgery/results, so I can only assume the healthcare professionals are amazing!

I loved everthing from the beginning of my eye exam until the end. All involved were professional, courteous, polite, and explained in detail all the percedure's they would perform. Dr.Dhir is soft spoken and very kind hearted. I believe he genuinely cares for his patient.Thanks to all who helped my journey be as pleasant as possible! ... sincerely.

From the very friendly and knowledgeable staff at the front desk, to Maggie who tests your eyes, to Hamidah who sits in on the appointment and of course Dr. DHIR - they all ROCK!!!!!. DR.DHIR always answers my questions and does a very thorough examine. I highly recommend this Dr. and his staff.

I met with Dr Dhir first time and I must say he is a very knowledgeable and expert in his profession, I haven’t done my surgery yet but I hope it will go smooth , looking forward to have good experience after surgery.
