The place has really gone down hill with the new staff. I have insurance that was given and still was charged full out of pocket. When I called about it they said I never gave them my insurance but mysteriously they found it. The lense girls and front desk zero communication between them. Definitely looking for another place.
I’ve been coming here for 15 years now and I love the staff here. They have always been friendly and efficient. They work with the customers to get the fastest and most affordable prices. The front desk have been the same two women along with the woman that has helped me with my glasses. They are so professional and sweet. I can’t imagine going to another annual eye exam anywhere else. Highly highly recommend!
I must say that I used this place a very long time ago and stopped coming when the doctor was not giving me the right prescription and not trying to help... I found another doctor at the time that only wanted money... decided to come back when one of my coworkers told me they had all new doctors....I came back and the doctor that I got simply told me after coming in for my 3rd follow up that she could not help me, non the less I ended up coming in to follow up with Dr. Ohan (the owner).... boy he is patient, kind and very friendly as the rest of his staff... now I am able to see after being told I can't help you sooooo many times....Patti and Pat made me feel soooo good...def coming back to see him every year...thank you for believing...GREAT AMAZING TEAM...........
Excellent service, the Dr. Schaub is very patient and the optic has a good assortment of lenses.
Only 1 employee has always been so caring, nice, friendly during my visits. Today I come n 12:29 to get glasses adjusted ONLY, called n told the lady I was on my way, she says rudly.."we close doors at exactly 12:30"!! They were locked already, n as they leave the side building the employees smile with a smurf at me! So rude! Then at 12:41 another employee comes out! They seen me knock at 12:30, I understand goin home on a Saturday id lookin forward too but could of been more friendly, n respectful..also caring if they dont wanna loose a customer!
