Houston Eye Associates

I have been coming to Houston Eye Associates for years. The service is amazing, and I appreciate the selection of glasses. This last visit was just as pleasant. My optician, Ruby Espinoza, was extremely patient with me as I selected my frames for this year. She sat with me as I looked over 3 or 4 pairs. Thank you so very much. Additionally, Dulce Martinez welcomed me with a smile and shared with me the process on that day. My wait was not long. Dulce encouraged me to look at frames until Ruby became available. Dulce was extremely personable. That is what I have grown to expect. She represented the company so well. I refer people to Houston Eye Associates because of their stellar customer focus and attention to detail. Thank you, Dulce and Ruby! Thanks for helping me better understand my VSP benefits. My daughter was referred to Houston Eye Associates by her PCP. The staff here were very kind. Dr. Kathryn Musgrove was amazing!!! My daughter's eye exam went very smooth. Dr. Kathyrn Musgrove gives such grandmother vibes. That's not in a bad way, but in a loving, caring, and nurturing way. I don't know if she's only a pediatrician doctor or not, but if you have a child or children I recommend that you bring them here.

Dr. Megan Law and her staff are amazing. My son had a spec of debris in his eye which she was successfully able to remove. This was no easy feat as he did not want to stay still. From the moment we walked in we were treated with kindness. Her staff was fantastic with my 4.5 year old. I highly recommend this amazing doctor.

I needed and was given a early appt as my family member needs supervision in the afternoons so early morning was best. I had my first cataract surgery this morning. I really prefer to stay out of houston but this trip was well worth it. From check in to preop prep to surgery to discharge was seamless. During surgery I felt a slight pressure, saw some colorful lights and it was over. No pain and was grateful to be out and headed home in great time. From the beginning to end you meet very professional care givers that process you each step. You get a valium for the nerves then oodles of eye drops to prepare and numb the eye. I actually enjoyed the rainbow of colors that Doctor Thomas said was caused by the Lazer during surgery. I'm looking forward to the 2nd eye surgery and hoping for another early appt. Thank you to Dr Thomas and the lovely assisting staff. I must also say the desk gentleman was very nice too. I feel so blessed.

This visit and appointment was totally different than last year. Last year at the glasses department was totally unprofessional, and unethical. My Dr. Ebrahimi was super nice, courteous, and professional. Even last year, the exam department was no problem. Ms. Samantha was very, very professional, courteous, and patient with me and any questions I asked. My experience at the front, was so much better. Mr. Don, listened to my complaints from last year and he wasn't at all happy, once I told him how I was treated. Thank you sir, for your kindness, caring, professionalism, and concern. Ms. Brandi helped me with my selection of glasses. The most kind, caring, professional , and easy to communicate with. I was treated with Respect, Dignity, and Integrity.
