Dr. Alex and his team were wonderful! I went in because I was experiencing so new vision issues. I was seen promptly and taken care of with comfort and care! 100% recommend this business for all of your eye care needs! They are the best!
What a blessing. Worried eye pain was indicative of a bad thing and Dr. Alexander’s office worked me in. I’ve been seeing him for a few years and so appreciate his help in maintaining these 86+ year old eyes. And he spared me a trip to a pharmacy with a sample to clear up my problem. They deserve 5 stars…out of five.
The staff is efficient and patient with clients. I love that they asked my mother if she preferred English or Spanish. She felt like they cared. The team was very professional and kind to my mother. Thank you so much for that. That is much appreciated. The wait time for the procedure was quite long, but the procedure itself took no time and we were out soon after.
My son enjoyed the experience he had for being his first ever eye appointment . The doctor and nurse were so detailed with eyes. I give this facility a 10/10!
This is the WORST eye clinic I have ever had to encounter. One our 1st trip we waited over 1hr 30mins to be seen for an exam. No apologies just basically got to told to reschedule. This was 2yrs ago so we decided to try to use them again. Pulled my kid out of school and drove 30mins from home to be told they made a mistake on scheduling with the wrong doctor. Didn't try to make it right just wanted to make excuses. I will never be returning nor will I ever recommend them again. I cannot believe the OFFICE confirmed the appt and then backpedaled while we were standing there to check in. Irresponsible office staff and scheduling center.
