Had my followup appointment on yesterday JUne 6 for 10am and I arrived at 9:39. The waiting room was packed and it made me uneasy because I have to go home and get ready for work afterneards. It took over 2 hours waiting to see Dr. Dirh and nothing Iwas mentioned about a long wait from the staff and the place was very chilly. I was so upset waiting and I voiced my feedback to the staff and Dr. Dish and Noone seemed to be bothered or apologize. I will not be returning as the second visit was a waste of time overall and there is this very loud lady who works im the optical area that needs to bring down the volume.afterwards. I am sure I will receive the same copy/pasted response to my review.

The process of patients seem too extreme. Dr dhir is the best but all the being called in and then back to waiting room 3 times at least is a lot of wasted time for the patients. Appointment time ends up at 2 and a half to 3 hours long. So can't plan on being able to do much else. Like I said, all the back and forth seems too much.
Why are all their chairs torn? I would assume they make enough money to afford to replace them! When you don't care about your patient experience, it is obvious. Also, I highly recommend training the receptionist in customer service. She is dry and very unfriendly. She does not speak to patients respectfully. No welcoming smile and not pleasant in any way.
First , the check-in was painless ! It’s as if she was waiting for me and only me . Smile personalized attention . She wanted to be there ! She made me feel like I’ve known her for a long time . Pinking up on cues like my email address to ask if I went to A&M wow ! Then came the rounds of checking the eye pressure , reading. The numbers and then the machine that makes you choose dots from th space !! Spectacular. Then Dr Diar is equal to none . His attention and flawless professionalism is just amazing ! If you have not been to Houston Eye associates in Sugarland, I highly recommend for your family ! You will thank me later !
Wait long times and over scheduled patients. Ridiculous. Waited 30 min past appt time only to do different test and wait in and out of waiting room between then to see doctor all of 5 min. Horrible. Staff is courteous despite everything.
