Cool modern retail shop, with fast service. Lots of helpful and patient sales staff on the floor. Great hours. Large selection of fashionable frames and styles. Just had my frames for a year, came in today for some maintenance. It was done fast and free of charge!

I was a customer at Gefen Optical on Sunday, January 3, 3021. The store was extremely busy but as I walked in someone immediately asked if they could help me. I informed them as to why I was there and Cynthia understood and was exceptionally helpful. They took care of me and within 10 minutes I was out of the store without a charge. My glasses had broken and I ordered a new pair online. I took the glasses to Gefen and they took my lenses out and put them in the new pair and didn't charge me a penny. I highly recommend Gefen Optical.

I was very impressed with the vast range of frames from the designer frames, to the super stylish and simple frames, they had it all. Customer service there was excellent and the manager was unbelievably helpful!! Would definitely suggest if your looking for sunglasses or regular glasses and you live in NJ you should stop by Gefen Optical!!!!
