I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had as a new patient at this pediatric office. I scheduled an appointment for my child, but never received a confirmation. I was told I would receive a callback to confirm the appointment—but no one ever followed up. To make matters worse, I was later charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I was never even sure was confirmed. When I called to explain the situation, the staff was dismissive and insisted on keeping the charge, despite their lack of communication and follow-through. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unfair, especially for a parent trusting a new provider with their child’s care. Based on this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this practice. Clear communication and basic courtesy should not be too much to expect.
