Huma Jeelani OD Next To Sam’s Club

Terrible team at Mt Nebo. Customer Service desk don’t answer phones at 1 PM or at 7 PM. Had an online order to be delivered from Mt Nebo and it was not delivered and unable to reach this store to have my order sorted out? I even had a corporate customer service rep try to connect me with a local customer service rep at the Mt Nebo store and they couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I spent $150 and now I had no help, I have no food, and I have no idea why Sam’s Club would offer a “delivery” option when this local Mt Nebo team cannot complete deliveries with dedicated & reliable delivery drivers. Unacceptable and unbelievable.

Carts are always stacked up. No need to wait for line there is multiple self checkout machine can be used. I can’t stop buying sushi from there💖 every time I go shopping I have on top of my list. The guy who does the sushi is very nice. So yummy and fresh.

They failed to deliver my order. They cancelled it in which I then had to order pickup a couple days later. I then complained since the chicken and sauce I would have gotten on sale was marked as the normal price. While they did credit the discount for the sauce they refused to honor the sale price of chicken. If your paying for plus membership and Sams Club fails its obligation that is their fault not the company they outsource to. Ultimately I ended up paying more and I had to drive there. What are people paying for if Sams Club can't even hold up their end of the bargain. This is fraud.

Kicking Costco butts on so many levels. Scan and Go, express exiting and the products are so much better, curbside pickup even for their fresh baked pizza does it get any better? I challenge you to get accurate pricing for Costco online it's nearly impossible

Great store and customer service of employees. Rotisserie chicken was not fully cooked. The outer skin was very dark. Center of chicken was between pink and red and some of the meat near the bone was bloody. We traveled to far to return the chicken. I'll never buy hot rotisserie chicken there ever again. Employees must check all cooked foods before placing out for sales. All Sam's Club stores and Walmart stores have this same issue.
