I went here as an out of town patient while traveling. Dr. Hamilton was phenomenal at addressing ALL my concerns, even all my annoying nuanced inquiries and super specific questions. I ordered a phenomenal pair of glasses that got shipped to me in a different state and they arrived perfectly. Here I am a year later, placing a duplicate order for the same glasses and Jeff made the process butter smooth for me. Literally 5 minute phone call. Thanks Jeff for real. Could I order them locally? Sure. But why would I? You find perfection and you stick to it. This optometrist office has EXCELLENT customer service and they will take the time to SIT with you and go over everything. They dont try to upsell you anything you dont need or want.

Dr. Jesse Hamilton and his team are the best eye care specialist that I have ever been to for my eyes. I have major issues with my vision and they have shown me new options to help me see better. They truly care about helping you see the world as well as you possibly can.

I have been going to Hyde Park Optometrist since 2022 when I moved to Ohio. I do not live there anymore but I continue to go because the staff and environment is wonderful. Every time I visit I schedule an appointment for an eye exam and new glasses and the staff has always been great at recommending frames. Highly recommend this place!

Dr Hamilton and his staff have been excellent addressing my vision care. The doctor was very thorough and informative. The staff shared his sense of urgency in scheduling appointments, running tests, forwarding records and answering questions.
