Oakley Square Eye Associates

This has been my eye doctor for 10+ years, they do a great job, wonderful place. Recently updated with new technology. They are professional, skilled, courteous. Even the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Earlier this week, I was having an issue with my left eye. Dr. Dirr was able to squeeze me into his schedule, awesome for me.

Dr. Kaitlin Ackinclose and the optometric assistant were both so nice! Both the doctor and assistant were very knowledgeable and professional as well. The office is run very efficiently, I didn't have to wait at all!

Everyone was so kind and friendly. They answered all of my insurance questions before I was even able to ask them. They were transparent about the costs of services before I selected which types of appointment I wanted (contacts vs. traditional) and were sure I felt good about my updated prescription before leaving the office. Overall, one of the best optometrist appointments I've ever had.

I made a minimum of five trips to have them fix my glasses and on my last trip they still didn't fix them correctly. The lenses were supposed to be set for computer and when I called back and told them that they were not computer glasses, the individual that answered the phone, she told me to give it a week and let my eyes get used to it. If they're not computer glasses and you acknowledge that, then why would I strain my eyes for a whole entire week. I asked for the manager to call me back and I have yet to get a call.

I had a wonderful experience here! Front desk staff were very warm and helpful. My doctor was great, she provided me with my prescription same day at check out. The prices are more than fair and I ordered my contacts from here. I will be returning to purchase a pair of glasses. Happy I made the choice to get my exam here.
