I went in for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. The exam was thorough and doctor was knowledgeable. This is the first time I am getting contact lens so I was informed that I need to get a training before they give me a prescription. As per my insurance the training is a part of the fitting and no extra charge. But the lady at the front wants to charge for it saying all offices charge for it and more over they are charging less. This practice didn't seem right. This is not disclosed when appointment was scheduled and they keep arguing eventhough the doctor is in network and should abide by contract.

Leyden is amazing. She is one of the main reason we come here. Professional and excellent at her job in finding right solution.

The appointment was easy to make. The staff was very helpful and the waiting area was bright and comfortable. Dr. Sami was very professional, and personable and the exam steps were explained clearly. There was no pain or medication used except for the eye drops required for glaucoma test; totally painless. I will return in one year to recheck everything.

Overall a 5 star review. My initial interaction with I Care staff wasn't great. I had called the office to let them know I was going to be a few minutes behind and the girl who answered sounded like she couldn't care less why I was calling. In any case, I was seen promptly upon arrival, tests were done quickly, and the doctor provided me with good options. I was not pressured to buy eyeglasses on the spot like at other facilities and they even offered a discount good for 60 or so days after my initial visit, should I decide later. I purchased a year's supply of the contacts that is most comfortable to me, albeit it was pricey, but it has a good rebate and with my allergies, I am going to need these contacts regardless to be able to do anything. Contacts arrived less than a week later. My husband also saw the same doctor on the same day and he had a great experience as well. Both visits were at a time when there weren't a lot of appointments so that was super because we've only experienced spending longer than an hour at other places and at I Care, it wasn't the case at all. I am torn to recommend this place only because I don't want it to get overcrowded but at the same time, I can't deny that we had a good experience.

I’ve been going here for years and the entire staff is absolutely amazing; they have always been friendly and helpful. I can’t said that a lot about most office staff at any doctors office. Dr Ghannam is wonderful and takes his time to listen to you and explain things thoroughly. I had to change eye doctors one year, due to insurance, and I was extremely disappointed where I ended going. I’m so happy I was able to come back; I would recommend them to anyone.
