Dr Valerie Valenzuela, O.D. Has been my Dr for decades. She is amazing, caring, informative, attentive and simply the best OD I’ve ever had. I feel safe and well cared for with her. Never had any complaints about her. Front staff is truly amazing as well. Friendly and accommodating every time. Even when they’re busy I always get top notch care.
I've been a patient for 5+ years and brought my two teenage daughters in for the first time today! They had a great experience! The staff and physicians are experienced, personable, and create a positive experience every time! I highly recommend I Care Vision Centers!
A wonderful experience! Having lasik in 2018, I have been very fortunate not to have to worry about my vision. BUT, at night/some distances, I noticed that I should get checked. The VA Community Care set up the consultation, I was called from the vision center for an appointment, arrived, was greeted with kindness and presented everything clearly. I HATE having my eyes dilated, and fortunately there was a work around, which made me very happy. The exam was quick, painless, I could see during and afterwards, and, with help (and guidance on which pair of glasses would look the best) picking out a pair of glasses for driving @ night. Overall? Probably one of, if not the easiest/best eye exam appointments I've had. Thanks! 10/10.
I went here to get my Rx safety glasses, I had the pleasure of working with a girl named Vanessa, she was awesome. She answered all my questions and did tell me that they could take up to 7 weeks to come in, but they was in, in a few weeks. When I went to put them up, I had another pleasure of working with another lady I forget her name, but she, also was great. even told me the process if and when these Rx safety glasses get too scratched up and I need to get them replaced. So, I delt with two people at this location and both, was simply awesome. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
The staff is all so friendly and polite, and the doctors are the best ever. They always carefully explain things in a manner that I can understand them. A top-notch office for very many years!
