James and Tess were very kind and helpful with purchasing my new glasses and adjusting them when I picked them up. I am satisfied with the selection of frames that Costco has to offer and very happy with the cost and quality of my lenses. Thanks!!

Outstanding service..Glasses came quickly and the prescription is perfect. Frame adjustments were easily and well done.
Jason and Dillan just showed me what great customer service looks like. Thank you to both of you! I've purchased my glasses here with Jason for a couple of years now, and even though he's been very busy both times, he's made me feel like family, and a life long customer.. and after today, I will be. My glasses came in not quite right, and Jason did everything he could to fix it, including getting a store manager over in a couple of minutes. I appreciate how quickly these two acted, saving me time on my day off. Once the manager Dillan understood what needed to happen, he ran my request upstairs and then came back and made everything right. Mistakes happen, however in my opinion these two both deserve a bonus for being truly caring professionals today.
In February I got my vision test done at a different Costco and lost my paper with my prescription on it. I’ve moved since then and was worried I was going to have to drive 45 minutes to that Costco to get more contacts since they said they couldn’t send me my prescription over the phone. I just called this center to see if my prescription was in their system and if I could come into the Arvada location to get my contacts. The woman over the phone was so sweet and helpful and I was able to order 4 boxes without having to go in! I wish I had asked for her name, but this center was so efficient and helpful. Thank you!
Got glasses two years ago, and the service, the lack of follow-up, the glasses very much not working, and not being taken seriously or listened to was just so appalling. I spent a lot of money, but it is the whole experience that just floored me.
