I was really nervous when I first attended your facility I was so nervous I got there an hour early but from looking at at the outside of the building and then walking into a atmosphere that was warm professional and inviting I knew I was in the right place. It just seems like everybody in there was giving it their personal touch I loved it. The speed in which they took care of me and the professionalism was the best. If I had to go back store adverbly tell them they got 10 stars from me PS I just want to get back to the old me where this problem with my eye goes away and I can wake up normal with no pain no crust no stiffness no redness. I'm so looking forward to the end of this journey and the progress that this institute will give me.. below is a current picture of my situation hopefully by the time this is over I'll be able to post a after picture that brings me back to myself.
Dr. Chaudhry has been wonderful to work with. She is a fantastic pediatric opthamologist and I recommend her highly. My daughter had corrective surgery and from making the appointment to surgery recovery was less than 3 months. Very happy with the great communication and fast resolution.
Great doctor for superb eye care however the wait time of more than two hours is absolutely atrocious and I recommend that patients check with their insurance as to what their copayments will be at the time of visit. While sitting for those 2hours you can’t help witnessing the back n forth between the patients and the receptionist about copayments. It’s like chic o filet the food may be good but it’s pricey n the lines are extremely long. GREAT GREAT EYE CARE BOTTOM LINE
This was a very positive experience. The Dr was kind and understanding and took extra time to answer all of my questions. I left having full confidence for my upcoming surgery.
