Pretty great optical care..... last week went had my eye exam paid $15.00 copay and total was out of $43.20 for glasses due to the great VSP Enhanced Plan that I have with my employer and Dr. Le is excellent as well
DO NOT GO HERE. Got my glasses done in March and needed the lenses replaced in November due to minor scratches. I was told when I purchased the lenses that they were covered for replacement. THEY LIED!! They wanted to charge almost $500 since they were initially covered by my insurance and the lenses are not covered. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered an eye care place like this. She told me in March that the lenses were covered.
Anna was SUPER nice and helpful!!! She explained everything about frames and costs in a manner I could understand! She took the time to help me get my glasses as soon as possible!!! I am super grateful! Ideal optical care is a place I Will recommend to friends and family. I am very happy with their service (:
Best experience at an optical! Especially with Anna taking care of us it was my husbands first time ever getting glasses and she was extremely patient and helpful with us! she is the sweetest! She definitely goes above and beyond for her customers! I would give her 10 stars if I could!! Definitely recommend it here!
2nd time in a row that the Dr has an emergency or is running late. I knew I shouldn't have gone back to this place. 40 min of waiting to say the Dr is running late 1.5 hrs late That should been said 40 min earlier. There should be compensation for our wasted day
