I been coming here since I was 14 years old and don’t get me wrong the doctors are very good and so is the lady with blonde highlights she’s very sweet but lately I been having some bad service from the lady with red brownish hair. Couldn’t help me with my insurance and didn’t even bother to check for me, as the other nice lady always does every year since I get contacts every year. Also quoted me the wrong price as I talked to her by phone a day before I went to submit an order to the office and suddenly the price went up and then I checked with her letting her know she had told me a different price the day before. She just said I was correct but didn’t even bother an apology or anything just gave me an attitude.

Was so happy with my visit! The staff is warm and helpful. Dr. Han was friendly and professional taking her time to make sure I had the perfect fit needed. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Best optometrist experience I have had in a long time. I've been wearing contacts and glasses for twenty years. This was the most in depth eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Vo really cares. Highly recommend. Not a show boat, used car salesman vibe with opticians trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I received my new lenses and within one day they were scratched — despite being handled carefully and cleaned properly. When I contacted the office, I was shocked to find out they refused to replace or repair them without charging me full price for new lenses. Every reputable optical provider offers at least basic lens scratch protection or a courtesy remake within the first 30 days, and this office chose not to stand behind their product or their patients. The lack of support, empathy, and accountability is unacceptable. Because of how this situation was handled, I am preparing to file a formal complaint with the State Board of Optometry so they can review this office’s policies and patient care practices. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this location to ask very specific questions about warranties, remakes, and their responsibility for product quality — because none of that was communicated to me, I was quoted $200+ after i paid for all the top tier coatings and material initially.

UPDATE TWO: so though they are very old-school, though they are only open four days a week, and though their phones weren’t really answered. The actual doctor and receptionist or secretary associate are fantastic. Really knowledgeable and the optometrist or eye doctor really does care. She’s super sweet and knows her stuff! She is our new eye doctor.!!! UPDATE ONE: I finally got through. Was able to make the two appointments that I needed to. Anytime I tried to say anything that was other than the questions she was asking me she’d cut me off. So pretty rude, but I understand you have other things to do. Still rude though. Was able to make two appointments. I will make a second update after my appointment. OG REVIEW: Pretty ticked off. Not only are they only open four days a week their receptionist is rude. I got hung up on OR they decided the person calling in was more important and switched over the line. I’ve called 15 times and keep getting their “the mailbox is full” automated message. I am FURIOUS. My wife has come here and said the actual doctor was great. Well that doesn’t help me if their receptionist isn’t going to do their job. I can’t help it. I have a very busy schedule and a toddler, and y’all are only open four days a week. Be patient. I expected YALL to call me back now or I’ll take my business elsewhere.
