After having a pleasant experience at the front desk, and a little bit of a confusion when I was trying to describe my symptoms to the nurse/assistant, my experience with the doctor was abysmal. I had had some unexplained vision issues that the hospital had ruled out some major issues for, but were still concerning. I was still having the issues every other day. The Dr intimated that maybe it wasn’t actually real, since it hadn’t been seen by any doctors. Then he said that my eyes look fine, and that I shouldn’t worry about it. I said, can we talk about what might be causing this? His answer was that he didn’t know, and that I should be fine. Rather than run any other test and consider any other possibilities, the doctor suggested that he could see me in three weeks. I felt like my own personal experience with my body was not important to him, The cause of my vision issues wasn’t important, and it seemed like I just wasted two hours of my time at their office. I don’t recommend him.

This office was awesome! My appointment was great. The staff assisted me in all aspects especially when it came to my physical limitations. Assistance in walking and getting in and out of exam chairs. Wait time was excellent. I actually finished my appointment way before I thought I would. Front desk was very professional, not just to me, but all that came in. The doctor was also very professional and explained things, so that I knew what was my next step in my treatment plan. I am definitely looking forward to being a patient of theirs.

Went in for my appointment the lady at the front desk was nice and both the lady and young gentleman in the back was nice but Dr. Matthews was rude at first. I felt very uncomfortable cause they leave the doors open to the room while being examined and getting asked personal questions. Also they were talking about what all was going on with another patient so we knew everything he got done.

Front office are really nice. But one employee who works in the back by the name of Collins is rude. Everytime we go see the doctor he does not directs what we are doing or explains himself. He just gets up and expects us to just follow him. Needs to be more friendly with his patients.

I signed my name and sat down like I was supposed to and waited and waited and waited. 2 HOURS went by and I got up to ask when my turn was not only did she say oh I didn't see you at all and marked you not here I waited all that time for her to tell me my referral expired and they can't see me. I waited 2 hours for literally nothing!!! They didn't once think to tell me before they confirmed my appointment that my referral had expired and if that were the case they could have also told me that when I first got there!! Nope I sat and waited for 2 hours for nothing but to be ignored and told sorry we can't see you even though we didn't acknowledge your presence. Please go there if you feel like being ignored and have to wait forever it'll be perfect for you!!
