I was absolutely amazed how great my experience with Dr Chu & his staff have been.. I did alot of research before choosing Dr Chù & everybody said great things.. well they were right. My cataract surgery went very well I was not at all at any discomfort and before you knew I was done the staff at the hospital we're so professional and so nice I have a friend needing cataract surgery soon and they're definitely going to call him thank you so much DrChu and your staff

I can’t say enough great things about Craig at Eye Works! I accidentally left my Versace sunglasses in my car during the Texas heat, and they became bent out of shape. I originally purchased them at Dillard’s, but when I called, they told me there was nothing they could do. I then called Eye Works, and Craig answered. He told me to bring them in because he thought they could fix them. Not only did he restore my sunglasses, but he did it completely free of charge! The customer service I received was exceptional. Even though I wasn’t buying anything, Craig treated me like a valued customer and went above and beyond to help me. Because of this experience, Eye Works has earned my future business. I’ll definitely be scheduling my next eye exam and purchasing my glasses there. Thank you, Craig, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people, and I truly appreciate everything you did!

I am an MD who had bilateral cataract surgery by Dr. Chu recently. I was quite impressed with Dr. Chu's expertise and his low key bedside manner. His staff at the clinic on W 7th is top notch as well. Highly recommended!

The selection of frames in this store is amazing. Probably the best in Fort Worth as far as inventory size. Ranging from affordable budget options to top designer brands. Craig & Elida were both warm and welcoming. Top notch customer service but not pushy what-so-ever. A+

Had to pick out new glasses today and was lucky enough to work with Craig. He already knew what glasses were in my best interest based on my insurance, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and helped me picked out the perfect glasses for me.
