I went to Henderson Optical because it was adjacent to my ophthalmologist's office, expecting the same highly professional service I received from my doctor. The staff were courteous and professional; however, everything from there on was a disappointment. It took over a month to receive my glasses, which was far longer than expected. When they finally arrived, the prescription was incorrect, making them unusable. This required sending them back to replace the lenses, causing further delay. To add to the disappointment, the cost of the lenses was exceptionally high, much more than what I had paid in the past for comparable glasses. For such a significant expense, I expected greater attention to detail and a more reliable overall experience. While I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The delays, the prescription error, and high cost made the process frustrating and disappointing.

I had order my contacts from this company back in April. At first they told me they didn’t know what type of material to use for my contacts. I told them I have never had a problem with getting contacts from any other company. That went on for three week. In May they claim that they can call another company which had made my contacts before. I told them to give me my prescription and I will take it to them myself. They claim that they couldn’t do that, so in June they called and told me my contacts were ready, but I would have to make an appointment to be fitted for them. I told them I never had to be fitted before. The cost for her to fit my contacts was 200. My contacts Cost 375. I told them that they could keep them and went somewhere else and my insurance paid for my contacts. All I paid was 15.00 for my co-pay. This company will robbed you blind.
worst service ever.nothing went right from service, time, glasses that I can't use and no refund after Marlene said they would make it work. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WORKS INCLUDING STAFF THAT HIDES FROM YOU AND HANDS YOU OFF TO ANOTHER OF THE STAFF THAT STILL WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT
Went in to get contacts for my dad. Got charge for a pair and only got one contact for one eye. Then they had the nerve to sell him the other contact. so one pair of contact was over $400. I think they’re there just to rip out our seniors.😡😡😡😡
