There many things that go into making a successful practice. Certainly professional and technical skills like Dr. Bartek possesses in her friendly manner and thorough exams are important as are the office staff that customer-focused. I would not hesitate to recommend Image Optics to anyone looking for great eye care.
Dr. Assell was wonderful with my 6 year old during her exam. He made the appointment fun and is so great with kids! I have been going to the practice for over 10 years and have always had the best experience as well!
I just my completed my second eye exam at this clinic with Dr. Bartek. I love Dr. Bartek. She is very thorough in her exam. I also just purchased my second pair of glasses there. The person that helped me in choosing this pair as well as my last pair was great to work with and provided helpful advice.
Great experience from setting the appointment to walking out the door. Friendly staff. Dr. Assell takes the time to answer all your questions thoroughly. My prescription was changed just a tiny bit but it made all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend Image Optics.
Dr. Morgan is not only very knowledgeable and professional but truly listens to the needs of his patients. His friendly and compassionate style makes a trip to this office a pleasant experience. Our family has been with this office for many years and as we moved (some as far as Lake Geneva, WI) we still make Dr. Morgan our Optometrist of choice.
