I had a great experience thanks to Haniya. She was very kind, patient, and attentive to all the questions I asked. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude really made a difference. Excellent customer service.

I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing service we received from María. She truly went above and beyond to help my daughter with her contacts and glasses. When we first visited, the store did not have any trial contact lenses available. Instead of leaving us without options, María told me she would do her best to find a substitute and promised to call me back. Not only did she keep her word, but she called back as soon as she found something that would work for my daughter. On top of that, María was so kind and patient. She took the time to fix my daughter’s glasses and made sure they fit comfortably. María’s professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to helping others really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who follows through on their promises and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. We are very grateful for her help and would highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance. Thank you, María, for making this experience so positive!
Linda helped with ordering my glasses and checking out, and she's very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Esposito is thorough and provided great explanations/answers to my questions. I had overall pleasant experience at this location.
Linda was incredibly from the moment I walked out of the exam room! She was friendly and kind. She made me feel very comfortable and did her best efforts to find me the best deal!
This was one of the worst optical experiences I’ve had in 20 plus years of wearing glasses. My prescription changed minimally, as stated by the store manager, yet the glasses I received caused immediate distortion, strain, and a fish eye effect in just my right eye. When I slightly adjusted the position of the frame on my face, the clarity changed, which strongly suggests a fabrication or measurement error. Instead of taking the concern seriously, I was repeatedly told to “give it at least five days to adjust.” I was asked to walk around the store for a few minutes as if that would solve the issue. It did not. The store manager, Alma, repeatedly focused on the fact that I had not had an exam at this location in several years and continued to imply that the problem was my eyes rather than the lenses. (I’ve gone to another optometrist office between my exams at Americas best but they wouldn’t listen to that point) so yes, it was years between exams at Americas Best. When I contacted another America’s Best location for assistance, they indicated that vision clearing when moving the frame often points to a fabrication issue and advised me to contact the original store or corporate if I could not get help. After calling this location again, I was told I would need a recheck and that new lenses could take up to 10 business days, meaning I would not have usable glasses for about five weeks from my original appointment. While the store did offer to recheck my eyes, I ultimately decided to return the glasses due to feeling dismissed by both the store manager and a young man at the front desk when I raised legitimate concerns. Even after corporate involvement, the manager maintained that my eyes were the issue rather than acknowledging the possibility of an error. I ultimately requested a full refund and returned what were, for me, unusable glasses. This situation has now left me over three weeks from when my original glasses broke and back to square one finding a provider I can trust. An apology and a willingness to genuinely listen would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt dismissed. EDIT: I worked with the district manager (Ogi) on this issue and he scheduled me at a new location in the area and took care of all charges for me. Ogi was amazing. I appreciate him taking the time to listen to my concerns and make it right. I did want to add that I had a recheck at the new location and the doctor I saw there said my prescription that was given from this location was completely off. So there are Many issues with the Schaumburg location.
