I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Joanna M. Kawecka. When we reached her office, she demonstrated a lack of professionalism that I have rarely encountered in a medical setting. While we were asking questions related to important health concerns for the appointment, she repeatedly rolled her eyes and responded with an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Her behavior toward both the patient and family was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Patient was very scared and we were unable to complete appointment due to no trust and insulting behavior toward pt and family. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend seeking care from a different optometrist who demonstrates the respect, patience, and professionalism that every patient deserves.

Dr. Joanna M. Kawecka was amazing. The office staff person Nina was also very helpful and friendly. The quick exam was thorough, and the doctor’s consultation was very warm, conversational and easy to understand. I’d All my questions and concerns were addressed completely. I was provided with a full range of options for my situation, along with recommendations and referrals for next steps. I would highly recommend Dr. Kawecka and this practice to anyone looking to address their eye health.

Dr. Kawecka was amazing. She was thorough with her examination and clearly showed she cared about my well being. The level of technology combined with her experience was more than I expected from a routine vision health visit. Much respect to her and her team.

The staff was so very polite and attentive!! Nina was patient while doing all the eye pre-tests while explaining every step. Dr Kawecka was awesome and through! Julie and Tony helped me pick the best frames for my face shape. The staff gave me a very pleasant experience!!

Been going for years. Dr Kawecka is great, very good at her job. Fast, easy, and great at getting me into glasses and contacts that make life easy. I have a "high script" and am blind, so I need things right. Tried other place a few years ago for some stupid reason, and now I am back with Dr. Joanna for life.
