I have been going to this clinic for the past 4 years! My doctor Mark Dekopf is a great doctor, and a wonderful human being, down to earth, sweet and kind! Sometimes I arrive to my appointment and I have to wait for a while, but lately it has been going very fast! The staff is carrying and friendly! I recomendaciones this clinic to anyone!
Great Great Great office! Everyone there is professional, helpful, friendly and well informed. Dr Osmanovic really puts you at ease. He explains things clearly and makes sure you understand any procedures and all options. The people behind the scenes make navigating insurance much more understandable. Very happy and most important I am seeing better.
This was a follow up appointment. The staff were professional and friendly. It was quite busy so there was a bit of a wait, but I’m glad to know that they take the time to take care of their patients. Overall it was a good experience. Everyone that I met was welcoming and friendly. The technicians explained everything that they were doing and each did a great job. Dr Senad Osmanovic explained the procedure that he was going to perform and why it was being done. All went smoothly and I’m very happy about the whole appointment.
I love Dr Dikopf and all the staff . They are friendly, prompt, and very professional. I have had nothing but a Great experience every time I’ve been there. And my cataract surgery went extremely well thanks to their teamwork!. Highly recommended!
