Excellent service and prompt response!! Had an issue with my Ken Okuyama glasses which I bought in Tokyo. Larry immediately offered help and was extremely responsive in sending out a part. Not only he carries great selection but provides attentive service. What a pleasure.
OUTSTANDING experience! I live in Indianapolis and don't anticipate buying glasses from any other location ever again (even though I'm 150+ miles at distance). Larry cares about every step in their process and this is abundantly evident from the drop. As a business owner myself, one of my favorite quips is "You can do things the easy way or the right way." Rarely are these the same path. Larry simply does it all right & has my trust as a result. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!

Her and her staff are always helpful, and the quality of the service is above and beyond! Highly, highly recommended!
I had a really great experience after an awful one from a nearby competitor. The doctor was thorough and she answered my questions, the receptionist broke down pricing, and wanted to make sure I understood my insurance. They were transparent and said no hard feelings if I take my prescription elsewhere. The office is beautiful as well. All in all, great appointment 😀
