I had such a great experience at Imperial Beach Optometry! Dr. Hanono was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, and the entire staff was just as amazing friendly, professional, and very organized. The office runs like a well-oiled machine. They have an impressive selection of glasses and lenses, and everything is set up to make the process smooth and efficient. I came in with an emergency while traveling and needed something same day. They took me in immediately, helped me on the spot, and even provided lens solution. Their level of care and efficiency truly blew me away. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend Imperial Beach Optometry to anyone looking for top-notch service, a great selection, and a team that truly cares.

Efficient, friendly, professional and helpful. I was in and out within a 1/2 hour with my prescription being taken care of. Highly recommended

Very disappointing experience, especially as a returning customer. I stopped by around 5:35 p.m. because I was visiting from San Diego and specifically wanted to purchase another pair of frames here, since I had bought from this location before. There were two employees at the front desk and several other staff members nearby, yet no one greeted me or offered any assistance. I walked around looking at frames, clearly interested in making a purchase, but was never acknowledged. I completely understand it was toward the end of the day, but customers should still feel welcomed during business hours. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I hope the owner or management sees this review, because I genuinely wanted to return as a customer. Unfortunately, the lack of even a simple greeting or offer to help made me feel like my business wasn’t wanted.

Been coming here for years! I drive from Bishop, Ca to get my eye exam. The staff and Drs are top notch!
