I’ve used this location in Macys Chula Vista twice now . It’s been such a great experience both times. The lady I believe her name is Ashley helped me both times and was so friendly and personable. She remembered me from few months back amd wa sable to assist me buying another pair of glasses. I really appreciate their kindness at this location. Made it so easy and such a smooth experience. I walked in expecting to face trouble getting my Rayban sunglasses repaired, but Ashley surprised me by fixing my stubborn, bent glasses effortlessly. She was incredibly polite and easy to talk to, making the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely return once my sunglasses need more work, I will be returning soon!!

Veronica was so kind when I walked in for a small repair on some glasses and rescued us from a broken pair over the weekend. Walked in, instantly greeted by the staff even while they helped others. Even when I called in the morning to ask if they repaired, I was treated nicely. Will be coming back to shop here for future needs.

Went in to get information about the cost of adding prescription to my meta glasses, and was helped by Isabel. Let me tell that she went above & beyond with searching the best options for me. Even quoted me on what it could look like if I went with or without my insurance. Still deciding on my options but because of Isabel and her outstanding customer service I might become a future patient there. Thank you again Isabel!
