All the staff in this place were very nice. Dr Villa was very patient to my 96 year old father listening to all his questions. We were called probably within 5 minutes after we got there. No long waits like other places. Very good service and attention.
Villa Optometry was fantastic! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and fast. Dr. Chan was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making me feel very comfortable throughout the exam. The retinal imaging was especially interesting, and I felt my eyes were examined very thoroughly. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful when it came to choosing my frames. I absolutely love them and can't wait to get my new glasses. Thank you for such a great experience!

It’s an absolute pleasure dealing with Dr. Villa. She is warm, thoughtful and is very focused on providing the best care and comfort for your eyes. Dr. Villa takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns regarding your vision. I have referred many of my friends and family to this practice and all agree, this is one of the best vision care offices in Chula Vista. Thank you Dr. Villa, Dr Chen and Staff for the great service you provide.
I had a wonderful experience at Villa Optometry. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made everything feel easy and comfortable. The doctors were caring, thorough, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care.
I love this place. Dr. Villa is very attentive and thorough. He staff is both friendly and very good at their jobs. This was my best optometry experience by far. As long as im in the San Diego area, I won't be going anywhere else.
