Dr. Patel was absolutely wonderful. I’ve always gotten my glasses here, and today I went in for contacts. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I especially appreciated that he walked me through different lens options and explained what would best fit my needs and lifestyle instead of making it feel one-size-fits-all. He was incredibly kind, approachable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment comfortable and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and excited to try my new contacts. Also, the girls at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better from the moment I walked in. It’s always nice to go somewhere where everyone is genuinely kind and makes you feel comfortable.
