This is an unsolicited review. First visit with Dr Jason. I found him very competent, direct and on top of recent developments in intraocular lenses. I liked the way he engaged with me as a patient. Highly recommended.
I was in a month or so ago, had an awesome experience with Dr. Jason, but went in today and was going to order a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and a pair of regular glasses. The receptionists seemed to have cared less if I was there or not. The receptionist who sits on the left, simply told me that the men's glasses were on the top shelves, and never acknowledged nor offered to help, but just sat in their chairs. I was there for about 10-15 minutes looking at glasses, and no offer to help. I left and they just sat there and just said thank you as I left. That was after I came in and said I wanted to get some new glasses. POOR customer service, I will go somewhere else and get my glasses. It's too bad because I really like Dr. Jason, I wish the front desk were as nice as he was. Sorry, you lost a customer today.
Everything was wonderful. The receptionist were friendly and very nice. Dr. Logeas is a great doctor. She did a thorough exam and explained every detail about the things that were done. She also listens so well to anything I wanted to tell her about. I previously saw Dr. Logeas and am so glad I found her again.
Doctor Jason is excellent experienced and care patient. He ‘s really good heart Doctor by giving patient best advise and how to care your eyes. Thank you Doctor for your patience and time to checking overall with positive attitude, friendly and also your front staff is extremely nice, softly with smileys face. They are amazing! After being at a different eye clinics my whole life, I can tell you they are the best! My previous clinic kept telling me my prescription was the same even when I felt it needed to be upgraded. Coming here I finally felt heard and my prescription was properly updated and I could finally see better again and my headaches became a lot less. She takes her time in discussing the process of the appointment and makes sure I understand everything she is doing and saying. She listens well and comes up with good solutions for the problems I’ve had with my eyes. I really love this place, great staff that truly care about their clients. 5 stars!
