John Ham at Infocus Eyecare waited on my husband who needed lenses and frames. John spent the time to explain the different levels of lenses. He asked my husband about his eyes and the vision challenges that he was having. These questions helped in the lense selection process. After lenses came frames. John spent the time to explain all of the choices my husband could have. He brought out samples to try and made recommendations when we asked him to. He was never pushing any particular product but explained the pros and cons of each type of frame. Realizing my husband’s vision challenges, he worked to get the glasses ordered, made and delivered as soon as possible. We felt that we were the most important customers John had that day. We never felt rushed and John Ham provided us with world class customer service. We were confident that he took the time to listen to my husband’s needs and he offered him the best products to enhance his vision.
