Atrius Health Wellesley (formerly Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates)

I have been a patient here for about 20 years. I recently had a sick visit with Lorraine J. D'Sa, NP, and she was amazing—very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. The staff was also very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Moses (I hope I spelled the name correctly), who took my vitals, was very kind and made the visit feel comfortable. Over the years I’ve had a few mixed experiences at the reception desk, but I’ve noticed a clear improvement in attentiveness and politeness recently. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The pharmacist (I believe the last name is Tsang) was also very efficient and helpful.

I hear about the difficulties people have with their health care. I feel fortunate to have Atrius Health as my primary health care provider. The are experienced, attentive and caring. Care is coordinated and part of an effort to keep me healthy.

I’ve been at Atrius Wellsley since the early 1980s with Dr Carol Burd as my exceptional Primary Care doctor .She had sent me to excellent specialists and she and her stellar staff communicate with on my behalf. I wish everyone in the world could had the quality care that I am so grateful to have

Had an appointment with orthopaedic doctor, was told to come at 9:30 am, arrived as told, checked in and sat there in the waiting room till about 10:20 after which time I complained and was brought in inside the room, than I was told there another patient before me and it may take another 20-30 minutes!!! During all that time and delays no one bothered to come out and either explain what is going on or apologise. I left without seeing a doctor and couldn’t not speak with any management people since none were available! At least they should have decency to come out and explain the delay or offer to reschedule
