Bright Eyes Needham

I had a great experience at Bright Eyes Eye Care! As a traveling healthcare professional, I was able to get an appointment quickly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Priestley was fantastic and gave me the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. It also turned out she knew and had worked with the surgeon at Duke who performed my eye surgery years ago! The staff was wonderful too. I have a small face and usually struggle to find glasses that fit, but the assistant helped me find a pair I love. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience bringing my two kids to see Dr. Priestley and can’t recommend her and her team enough. The office is clean, organized, and very welcoming. Dr. Priestley is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed. She is so kind and engaging with my kids and makes the whole experience easy for them. Haley at the front desk is also so friendly and accommodating, which has made our visits even smoother. It’s not always easy to find a provider who’s this great with kids, and I’m really glad we found them!

I had a wonderful experience at Bright Eyes. The office is bright, welcoming, and very well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Priestley is very professional, kind, and patient. She conducted a very thorough examination and took the time to clearly explain my condition and walk me through the findings in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and truly felt well cared for. I’m so happy to have such a high-quality eye clinic in our town. I will definitely be bringing my children to see Dr. Priestley as well and highly recommend this practice.

Cannot recommend this place more! Dr. Priestley is a gem. Very knowledgeable, personable, takes her time, excellent bedside manner and rapport with kids. She made my anxious kiddo feel comfortable which is so appreciated. Haley the office manager is lovely as well. The office is stunningly beautiful, clean, organized and has great amenities like snacks, drinks and games for kids. Seriously the best optometrist we’ve been to, hands down!

So glad our friends introduced us to Bright eyes! Dr. Priestley is very knowledgeable and gives you so much confidence that you are making the right choices for your kids. The eye exam she gave my son was the most thorough I’ve ever seen. She has so much patience and explains everything so that even a 7 yr old can understand. Her staff are all so sweet as well going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience every time you visit. Her office waiting room is also so kid friendly with plenty of snack/drink options and toys.
