The staff was amazinggg! The smiles and energy was something I've never experienced in my 30 yrs of going to an optical. It was nice and clean, Everyone was friendly and willing to help. The selection was so organized with lots of options. I ended up getting Sunglasses, Eye Glasses and contacts ..l Loved everything about it and Will not be going anywhere else, its so hard to find good customer service in 2026 but they definitely give a family vibe! Not only was it a great experience but it was also convenient in madison! Check them out you definitely wont be disappointed 😁

This was my first visit to the eye doctor in quite some time, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the initial greeting all the way through checkout. Allison was especially helpful during my exam and made sure everything was ready for Dr. Lott. Dr. Lott was excellent providing honest feedback and exactly what I needed to hear after waiting quite some time since my last real eye exam. I truly enjoyed my first visit and would highly recommend them.
We always have a great experience with the INFOCUS ( PATHWAY EYE) Team. Dr Lott, ms Allie, ms Amira and Mr. Cole have spent quality time with myself, my husband and our 10 yo daughter and answered all questions along with helping us pick out prescription glasses for our family. Mr. Cole spent quality time with myself daughter for her to learn using contacts. No rushing just very patient. I apologize if I don’t remember all the other staff member names but every single one is very professional efficient and kind. I would refer all of my friends and family to INFOCUS ESPECIALLY MADISON LOCATION.
Great doctor. - Web based system hinders instead of helping scheduling: made an appointment online for my son and me. One of the appointments was not in the system when I showed up. I figure it's not a big deal since I live across the street. Someone at the front office scheduled an appointment in person and I met the good doctor following week. Now I am getting emails and texts stating my son and I are overdue for annual exams. - Ordering glasses: taking 4 weeks to get no update on a pair of glasses for my son on order. Why should a customer paying over $200 wait and wait?
My Father loved his first visit with y’all this morning. But the only dislike was y'all opening time on the front door was saying 9am on Thursdays but y'all was open at 8am. But he was very happy about how y'all got him in and out on his visit quickly. And he said he will be back next year for his yearly visit.
