We had a wonderful experience with Ms. Brittany today! She went above and beyond to help us locate my son’s contact lens prescription and made sure we were able to get the correct contact lenses before our upcoming vacation. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and willingness to help made everything so easy and stress free. Thank you Ms. Brittany! for your outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate your kindness and dedication.

They are so unorganized and suck bad! I went in months prior and ordered contacts and attempted to order glasses but i was told that they were busy and that they would hold them for me. I called and called and i could tell two people had lied about my contacts being ordered that day (Tuesday) i stopped by Friday to see the status and purchase the glasses that were “on hold” for me and of course the glasses were sold oh and when i called Tuesday they offered me a prescription that was close to mine but not what i needed like what!? Make this make sense they are a total waste of time , When i came in Friday they said they just put my contacts order in when i called Tuesday mind you i came in in April it is June and i wanted contacts for my special occasion ugh im upset and don’t trust them

Madison Specs has a friendly staff; however, I waited 40 minutes for my contact fitting, only to be told that my prescription was not there. Other reviews illustrate waiting too long. I will not be going here again.

The Dr was fine, and the experience was fine for the most part. The tech that helped was great. But the receptionists really make the experience lack luster. I've visited several times, and they just aren't attentive to guests. They hold their own conversations and do not seem to care about people who walk through the front door. A little care goes a long way. Everything else was great.

Didn't ask me before blowing in my eyes after telling them I did the glaucoma test prior and didn't want to do it. Waited an hour to see the doc AFTER having already seen the prep staff. Doctor had no sense of humor or human interaction besides just getting her check$ for Making it not so easy to make my eye sight better. Then left me in the room because I wasn't allowed to leave without someone walking me out and peer pressuring me on there frames 3 times in 1 visit with Assumptive sales tactics. Room I had to wait in was golf themed? This place seems very money money and not so much human compassion like some cheap glass places surprisingly. Tossed out like trash once they realized I didn't want there frames. Edit, an hour before 9pm someone butthurt made sure to drop a professional response to make sure to tell me off instead of addressing the issue AND with all the other 1 stars keeping this place 3.4 Star I can't imagine many people come back and that's why y'all have to push so hard for the frames.
