Ive been getting my two teen daughters glasses here for about 5 years now and I always receive great customer service. They have a decent selection with affordable prices.... I highly recommend!! 👍🤓
Dr. Hayes and his staff are Excellent! I've been coming here for years. This is the only place I take kids to get new glasses. My eye dr's offer eyeglass services in office, but I'd rather come here! My family loves their selection of frames. We have a larger variety to choose from under my insurance... Not to mention, we always get great service every time! Thanks Doc! See you next year!
Ive been a client for several years now. The optometrist is a gentleman with decades of experience. The ladies at the counter are always friendly, skilled and patient. They keep my preferences on file which is very helpful. I took away a star due to limited inventory.
The optician has given me phenomenal service. Over a year ago, she helped me find exactly the frame I was hoping for and guided me through my options about the lenses. And today I went to the store because my frames had broken when I was on vacation. I spoke to the optician on the phone yesterday and she helped me with great advice. She found me several cheaper frames in which I could fit my old lenses. When I got to the store, the frames were there for me to choose and she replaced the lenses within 10 minutes! I had no idea I could so quickly get a solution to my broken glasses. It was fantastic! Thank you for your advice and superb service!
While shopping, I was immediately told to look at the frames that my insurance covered instead of being invited to view the entire store. I can afford any difference in price, and I really don’t appreciate being judged based on my insurance policy. Granted, I was late for my appointment, but I wasn’t greeted by the staff or the doctor. When the doctor approached me, he did not say hello or even smile. He simply told me the parameters to whether or not he could see me that day, reminded me that I was late, and walked off. The customer service was poor and the selection of frames was very limited. I do not recommend.
