Above and beyond!! I have keratoconus and require special contacts. It has been very easy to book appointments, fast pro treatment, they deal with and get my insurance to cover it, and they make sure I don't do anything to screw it up (like book and appointment too soon). I managed to go through the contacts a little fast, and they have gotten me replacements to get me through to my next exam. All I can say is I am super thankful for you guys. You make my life better.

Innovative Eyecare is a wonderful place, the doctor was very nice and took time to make sure the prescription was correct. The staff is amazing friendly, fun, and very professional. The glasses came in in less time and most importantly were right the first time. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs

I feel lucky to have such a great eye care specialist out here in Elizabeth. Everyone there is professional and really friendly. Both my wife and I love Innovative. I’d highly recommend them.

We went out of our way to book an appointment here given their appointment availability and perceived friendliness. My wife was recommended glasses, and she ended up ordering glasses the day of the appointment. The turn around was supposed to be 10 days. It is now almost a month later with no update, and very minimal contact. Couldn’t be more disappointed as my wife is suffering with her vision and has a need for the glasses.

I went today for an appointment. What an awesome experience. Was in and out very quick. It was my first time meeting them and I felt like I had known them for awhile. I was impressed with both the Dr. And the staff. I will definitely be going back!
