I was walking by from dinner and stumbled across this store, stopped by and ask about an check-up. They were able to schedule me right in, and Dr. Su and their staff really took their time to find me the pair of glasses that I liked. Great selection of glasses and super customer service!
Dr. Su is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and very patient to answer my questions and concerns. The clinic is newly remodeled and clean - there are variety’s styles of glasses to choose from, the staff are so helpful in finding a style that fits my face and budget. The entire staff at InnoVision Optometry is very friendly, a special shout out to Nancy and Michael! Overall, I’m really glad (and relieved) to have found Dr. Su as my optometrist. I recommended him to my mom and friends as well!
Dr. Su was recommended to me by a friend and I can tell why he has so many good reviews. I think one of the biggest things about Dr. Su is his patience and willingness to help. I was really looking for the perfect pair of glasses as my last ones were way too tight (admittedly I was a little lazy to change them) but now I have the perfect pair where I can work comfortably now. We tried on about 4-5 different glasses and he never once gave me the feeling that I was burdening him. The store is also very nice and it was overall just a great experience. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a new optometrist!
Dr. Steven Su and his staff are amazing—professional, friendly, and truly caring. Nancy and the front office team make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, taking the time to clearly explain every step of the process. Been here twice already since the new doctor took over. Once for the regular annual check-up and another time to get my contacts fitted. My contacts are the correctional CRT lenses so it’s hard to find a good optometrist who has the knowledge and specialty training to help me with them. I’m very glad Dr. Su was able to examine and order new lenses for me. Everyone else there was also very friendly and patient when my husband was taking his time trying on multiple frames. He ended up purchasing a new set of glasses and is very satisfied with them. Would highly recommend!
