I have been cared for at InSight Eyecare for 34 years, and for good reason. The staff have a gentle approach that exudes true concern, confidence, and a desire to please. The professionalism is unmatched. I have had numerous issues with my eyes besides poor vision, including the belief that I would be blind by age 25. Throughout all of these concerns, I had confidence that my care would be of the utmost. The doctors have consistently treated me as if I was the only patient in their office, even if I was only there for a checkup. From Dr. Becky and Dr. Tim to the current staff, I have consistently had care that had me feeling like I was not at the eye doctor's office but more like a friend's home.

This place is AWESOME 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I had went in for a diabetic eye exam. At 64 on widow benefits, They worked with my too and very understanding about my situation. Got my the vision back on track and staff was very sweet and pleasant. Allowing me to be able to reuse my old frames for my lenses helping me to save a lot of money. I would recommend that you give them a try. They are the best!!!

They are always so pleasant! It feels good to walk into an establishment greeted with a smile and a warm welcome everyone is professional and they really take pride in the job they are doing.

I have enjoyed my time with Insight Eyecare. Dr. Madsen has been totally awesome with my hard headness (corneas). I will truly miss him once he retires. Every exam, I feel like I am in a classroom. I see the practice is in good hands. I am glad you keep me as a patient. Thanks for the care.

Any time I have an issue they immediately work to get me in. Everyone is so nice. Everyone is so professional. The environment is so comfortable and any issue is addressed and followed up on. I can't say enough positive about Dr Masden and everyone who works there. I highly recommend them.
