This is one of the rare practices where I genuinely feel comfortable seeing any provider. I saw Dr. Kempfer for the first time today, and she was wonderful. She was warm, friendly, easy to talk to, and made the entire appointment feel comfortable and thorough. What stood out most was how clearly she communicated throughout the exam. She explained what she was doing, what she was looking for, what she found, and what had changed with my prescription in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling rushed. I’ve seen several providers here over the past few years because I usually take the first available appointment, and every single one has been excellent. That kind of consistency is rare. I always leave feeling informed, respected, and well cared for. Highly recommend.

I really like Inspire eye care. They are a very professional office and so very nice to work with. Doctor Z. Is the best at his job. He is very nice and really knows his stuff.

Gloria is amazing! I ordered sunglasses that the lab kept messing up but the whole time Gloria was so responsive, communicative and attentive to make sure I got the right pair. She is truly beyond amazing and I’m so thankful for her and the team for helping me get the perfect glasses!

The doctors here are amazing. Very knowledgeable and attentive. But the front of house staff are very unprofessional. The receptionist openly talks poorly about customers in front of other customers. And the other front of house staff are not very professional in conversation or appearance wise. I moved to mountain vista eye care for my optometrist needs and they are great!

I just had an exam immediately after, my right eye is swollen, watering, burning, and painful, cant drive cant see out of it. Mind you, I was perfectly fine walking into this appointment. I called the office to speak to the Doctor I just saw 20min ago on what is going on and the front desk is so unprofessional, rude, saying I have to schedule another appointment to be seen again. This is an urgent situation and you are telling me to schedule another appointment when my eye could have been scratched or irritated by the drops during the exam and the Doctor cant take 5minutes to get on the phone with me to see what is going on when they literally just saw me? You would think you would take something like this more urgently and professional. not okay. If something like this happens to you after an appointment don't expect someone to care, or take your situation urgently and serious. very unfortunate.
