Dr. Paradis is always so kind and intelligent. He takes the time to review the tests with me and explains any changes in my eye health. The technician that checked my eyes was very thorough and did a great job. Melisa in Optical gave me my prescription without me even asking for it. Tom the contact lens specialist is so knowledgeable. The whole eye health check up was great! Keep up the great work Insight team.
Really superb customer service and eyeglass selection. Even adjusted a pair of eyeglasses we didn't buy there. Have purchased 4 pair of eyeglasses from here recently for the two of us. Savanna is great.
I went there for an appointment and I was scheduled at a different eye center called infinite eye Care and they took the time at insight eyecare to make sure I knew where my appointment was supposed to be so from my experience the staff there was really nice
So many better places to go in town. Waited 40 min to talk about glasses, would not help even with an updated prescription. Had contacts from them as well. I always hated to go to the eye doc, have been going to these folks for years . Finally went to a different company and it was amazing! Stopped here just to get a spare pair and it reminded me why I went someplace else.
