I went to Lens Crafters in the St. Cloud mall for sunglass nose pad repair due to a nose pad that fell out. The associate took them in the back, repaired in 5 min and to my surprise she said "No Charge". Very unexpected, very much appreciated. I highly recommend them!

The woman who fitted me for the glasses and the man who gave me my glasses when they were made are the greatest. I really enjoyed getting my glasses made by them. I also appreciate the next step the woman took to tell me I had insurance that could be applied to my glasses. Very pleasant experience. Very good frames.
Val, Chelsea, Aaron and Skylar were absolutely fabulous! I brought my glasses in for a repair and had not purchased them here and Val was able to fix them and didn’t even charge me!! These 4 employees are AMAZING!
Chelsea was very helpful when I stopped in today to get my glasses repaired. I was unsure if they were able to be repaired because I was missing a screw. Chelsea was able to find a screw that fit and attached my frames back together perfectly, and she cleaned my lens for me. Amazing customer service!
