Fives stars and then some!! I had gotten my glasses at a different place where they could not for the life of them get them adjusted correctly and even left dents in one pair. I was at the mall and decided to stop in at Visionworks to see if they might adjust them for me. Megan there graciously said she would do that for me and they fit great once she was through with them, taking her time, not rushing, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the lens coating on one side “melted” and left spiderweb-like circles - a very unusual thing to have happened. I really thought I would have to take them back to where I got them from and pay to have them fixed. She did not have to resolve the situation since I had not purchased the glasses here, but she went above and beyond to my surprise which was incredibly kind of her and something I will never forget. You don’t come across too many people like that! Megan had me pick out new glasses there and they didn’t cost me a dime! She put in all the bells and whistles that my other pair had including transitions! Once they came in she even sent me with a lens care kit. She said she would take care of me and did she ever! She has gained at least one new customer. I could see that on the busy day I came in to pick them up everyone was treated with such dignity and respect by all three employees.
